I\u2019m a Cybersecurity major and a sophomore student at the University of Mary Washington just trying to make sense of the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I chose Cybersecurity because, to be honest, I got tired of seeing people I care about&#8211;especially family&#8211;get taken advantage of online. If I can understand how the digital world works, maybe I can make it a little safer for them. That\u2019s the goal anyway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outside of school, I play guitar. It\u2019s nothing fancy, just something that helps me slow things down. My guitar was a gift from my parents when I turned 18, and whenever I play it, the noise of everything else kind of fades out. I recently recorded a fingerstyle cover of a song called <strong>&#8220;Is There Anything Love Can Do?&#8221;<\/strong> from the anime <em>Weathering With You<\/em>. It\u2019s one of the beautiful pieces by the Japanese rock band&#8211;RADWIMPS. The drawing below is one of mine&#8211;just a self-portrait. I don\u2019t always know what I\u2019m feeling until I try to draw it. Huh? Relating to digital arts, I have run my own <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@xsealed8310\">YouTube channel<\/a> for a bit and so I have had experience making thumbnails. One day, I recreated the funny <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=G-T3qKl6y-c\">Grubhub ad<\/a> in Roblox, not expecting much. I uploaded it to YouTube for the small audience I have and, somehow, it went viral. Like 700K views viral. Then my little brother reuploaded it, and his version got 14 million. I\u2019m not bitter. Nothing especially fancy (except the brother), but they\u2019re real. And maybe that\u2019s enough.
